After I read your documentation it is not clear for me how to use this feature:
- pressing "C-S-i" does nothing, no matter what inset I have highlighted
- inserting "info-insert menu paste" in the command buffer also does nothing
You write:

What do you mean? I inserted "menu paste" to the command buffer -> noting happens of course. Then I
selected some text and pressed C-S-i -> nothing happens.
