feature/improvement, it would be smooth scrolling.
I might add that PageDown key scrolling is already fixed in 1.6svn. And
no, this is not easily backportable to 1.5. What is also fixed is Page
scrolling with the mouse (when you click in the gray area of the scrollbar).
