Now the License is the modified BSD license and any UTF-8 editions
exist. (They are based tetex3 , texlive and more. )

I'm almost sure that BSD license allows redistribution via CTAN, but I
feel I'd better double-check (you know, legal matters are scary :). I
will consult with him and ASCII Co..
