We cannot do much about broken software... Using \(\) and \[\] is the
correct latex syntax. Dollars are used in plain TeX. I hope revtex4
will soon be usable and accepted.

Note that as of 1.1.5, labels are now editable. References are not,
though.

Thanks. I put the binding file in cvs. I am not sure though what to do
with the documentation, so I'll just keep it somewhere for later.
