Why? Some elements might need to be attributed to several semantic entities, and that's pretty natural. Semantics is never about a 1:1-relation of form and function (except for artificial languages, and there are good reasons to doubt even that [but I don't want to risk a discussion with Richard about this topic ;-)]).
