This problem does not appear with 1.5.1 and has been introduced within
the last 2 or 3 weeks.
I have no idea which patch should have caused this. There's no relevant
change in insettabular, AFAICS. Could you try if reverting Abdel's box
patch fixes this?
I'd be surprised if tabular is affected by my patch but who knows...
