mentioned this): Have a combox in the toolbar, similar to the paragraph
styles, for charstyles (and get rid of the noun and emph toolbar buttons).
This combo could have a "reset" or "none" entry at the top.
The difficulty is that, if you're already in the inset, you might be
wanting to apply another one. How do you distinguish that from changing
the inset type (which is the most natural thing).
