  I will do it for "docbook_article_template.lyx".

  I will also commit your version of the book layout for docbook.

  What version of docbook are you using?
  I think that I will apply a scheme so that the version will go in the
layout files since currently available versions are: 3.0; 3.1; 4.0; 4.1
and 4.1.1 each one requiring their one different header.

  What do you think of this?

  Also there are elements that have been replaced from version 3 to 4
and that are used in the layout files. So that it should be two different
sets of layout files (one for v3 and other for v4).

  There is another issue now that is the fact that lyx docbook output
is also xml, not only sgml, that rises also more headers.
