boost/boost/regex/v4/cpp_regex_traits.hpp contains the lines
#ifdef BOOST_HAS_THREADS
#include <boost/regex/pending/static_mutex.hpp>
#endif
but boost/boost/regex/pending/ only seems to contain the file  
object_cache.hpp

Can anyone tell me why this is?
