error in (de_)UserGuide.lyx

Hi,

I've uploaded the lyxdoc CVS and encountered an error
when loading the UserGuide.lyx (I'm also running LyX CVS):

Is the lyx file broken, or has lyx 1.1.6CVS a bug?
