  I would like to suggest dropping export for 1.3.x from the menu. No one 
should use this and it will be quite a leap of faith to expect this to work 
in a reasonable way for more complex documents.

  I am not against this functionality being available for users but it does 
not need to be so visible. So as rule of thumb I suggest to leave only one 
release, because that is precisely the purpose of lyx2lyx revert.
