Yes, I've got this.
I cannot reproduce it in Windows but I know the origin of the problem:
We catch everything single key in LyX, including the Alt key whereas
those are traditionally reserved to the menu access. The best solution
would be to remove the handling of menu opening from the core.
I'm not sure that's it. I put a breakpoint on KeySequence::addKey().
When a document is open, the key seems to be caught by QShortcut,
whereas when no document is open, it's apparently not.
