One-way. 4.3 designer will open 4.1 files, not the other way round.
Pretty much the same game as we play with .lyx.
I think Designer in 4.2 use the very same format as 4.0 as I never had
any problem with it. So people, if you do ui design please use Designer
4.2 or earlier.
