Yes. The only difficulty is that QTextEdit is not allowed in src/support.
Note that if QProcess already has something like this, we can use it
to replace Systemcall.
Yes. I think we should replace our homemade process handling with
QProcess. This would have the advantage that stdin/out redirection would
be very easy to do.
Our rule is that if something works, do not fix it. We will have to
show a clear advantage of switching to QProcess.
As i read this i remember one thing that does not work on winxp (and i think it has something to do
with Systemcall but i am not sure). I created the file format svg and configured inkscape as viewer
application. When lyx starts inkscape the drawing program doesn't show all icons and compains about
an internal error. But maybe inkscape is to blame in that case.
