Well, I am not sure what my prefered view on a green table would be.
Maybe  'frame/pos' would indeed be sufficient with 'frame' being 'inset
or paragraph or cell'. I really don't know.

However, we all know that the (inset/cell/par/pos) solution was about
the only one that looked remotely feasible at that time.
