Of course you are right. It was too late when I tried to solve this problem (and I was upset about this stupid slow dialog), so I a) misinterpreted the shell code and b) forgot that I had a general purpose CXXFLAGS=-fmessage-length=0 set. Sorry for the noise. Georg
