I am happy that I am fixing two bugs. :-) I had a look at your bug report and test-ran kwrite. It behaves the same as gvim in that it checks if the file is modified when it gets focus. It also uses name File->Reload, rather than File->Revert. Anyway, you have to try really hard to convince JMarc and Enrico that the gvim/kwrite way is the way to go. :-) Bo
