Restore File

Hi,

I would like to ask you for help with my crashed lyx file.
Yesterday I wrote a document using 1.5.rc2. During writing and saving
there was no error. After closing lyx and trying to open the document
again Lyx displayed message, that document is corrupted. I have no back up
copy of this document  :-( .

Please, could anybody help me and restore the file or advice how to do 
that...
