Right, it's up to the user to create oolatex and friends with mk4ht.

But mk4ht oolatex $$i
is a shorter expression than the explicit htlatex call, which will run with
native TeXLive htlatex.

In addition, the explicit list of arguments will be updated with
htlatex, so I would recommend that syntax in the LyX converter.
