Dear list, in the release candidats (RCs) it was possible to make two entries according to keyboard tables: e.g. german and czech. You could change between them with ALT-T 1 and ALT-T 2. Now this is not possible any more. The RCs allowed to set every hacek (the czech hook) by pressing a preceding + sign and afterwards the letter. Although it was possible to use the german umlauts as well. This is not possible any more too. I am using a German keyboard.
It is really a great, great pity that these very important things so very often change! IMHO the last release candidat was definetly not a *release* candidat, but a beta program. Although very good. There are *much* too many changes to LyX 1.5.0 if that was called a Release Candidate (although al lot of improvements have taken place).
