Right now it looks like it. However, there's no guarantee that the
boost zip code that we currently blame for the corruption and that's
essentially the same on Windows and Linux does not cause corruption
on non-Windows machines.

If you really want to use 1.5.0 you can get the sources from svn.
People valuing their work should wait for 1.5.1.

We had reports on unrecoverable files, the first ones for ages actually.
People don't like losing their work.
