Yes. I have not looked closely at selHandle but if it can catch many cases, it is good. I also agree that it should be moved to bufferview. The only problem is that I am not sure if I can finish JMarc's idea and finish the patch before 1.5.0.... You know, my ClearSelection (or SaveSelection) patch is conceptually simple and this one is not... I will have a look at this problem later today (and I will not mind testing a completed patch at that time :-). Cheers, Bo
