All attachment _are_ MIME. The only difference is how the
Contents-disposition header is set, if I understand correctly this
page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MIME
I personally have given up on trying to educate anybody aged 35 or less
on the inner workings of anything related to covered by IP \setminus
HTTP.
