paragraph are not previewed anymore until i click into the formula and
outside again. Moreover this click into and outside does not always
work. It seems that clicking in a nested inset does not help.
2. The preview is not always updated correctly. Here also that click and
leave from point 1. helps (sometimes)
A quick test showed that these two bugs are gone in current svn. Great!
