situation:
A lyx file (created by 1.1.4) with 40 input lyx files (also 1.1.4) will not
produce dvi or ps, but reports the following error (once):
missing begin{document}
Each of the included files (about 5 pages long each), will produce dvi and ps
correctly when viewed independently.
Extra info:
When system is configured to 64 MbRam, lyx will crash with core dump on next
keyboard input after the "missing begin{document}". This crash does not occur
when system is 128 MbRam.
system config: linux redhat 6.2 (kernel 2.2.14-5, xforms 0.88, 128 MbRam,
AMDk6-III-400mhz)
1.1.4 does not have this problem.
