The 'LabelStringAppendix' attribute (Customization guide, § 5.3.4)
doesn't work properly when using child documents, and making it to
work into LyX leads to an inconsistency into the output file. See
attached files "labelstringappendix.lyx" (master) and
"labelstringappendix2.lyx" (child).
