If I have a working lyx 1.5 installed and runs a compiled LyX from the build directory, then it works.
If I do a "make install" then lyx will start but fail to open the userguide as "lyx2lyx" fails to convert it. I can't even make a new document, as lyx2lyx fails to convert the default template. Known problem, or something I can fix somehow? Trouble with make install? Helge Hafting
