After a bit of investigation, it appears that LyX crashes when trying
to create the menu entry:

I see two problems here:
- we should ensure the lines are not too long
- the entry is from a table caption, but the text after the caption
(from "Deutlich") is the contents of the paragraph _after_ the table
float.
