I do not think we are supposed to remove old versions, especially
since some bug entries refer to them. Probably MacOS <= 9 can go, but
as I said above, I did not find where to do it.
I checked that no report refers the issues I listed. We are also no longer supporting them, so to
keep the overview in the lists, they should go.
