Thanks. I'm working on a proper version, therefore my recent bug reports.
(Btw. it would be nice when you follow the style of the manual.)

This is not true. I compile this very often as you can see from my commits. Also Ignacio and Hartmut
are working on the manual to translate it and can compile it on Linux and Mac. Furthermore I only
get reports from users about typos and hints to improve the manual and not yet any report that it
couldn't be compiled.
