Probably, except that I am not sure about removing
--with-included-gettext. If it works, go for it.

The procedure under Developmental Versions (including QT compilation)
worked for me on a fresh svn checkout yesterday.
What could be added is a troubleshooting section with make clean /
make distclean, make update-po and fresh svn checkouts. Not needed,
but would probably make it easier for newbies like me. But since
we're close to a release it's probably better to leave for 1.5.1.
We discussed DarwinPorts vs MacPorts before (in favour of
DarwinPorts). It seems MacPorts has improved significantly, so you
may want to have a look at it for 1.5.1 (i.e. same here: not now).
