I also saw his patches all over the place.
Isn't Jürgen also  a longterm contributor to LyX?

Congratulation Jürgen, and thank you for taking the burden.

This is a good choice, after my last discussion about including
the listings inset (he was against it) I think he has shown to
be 'conservative' enough to become a release manager. ;)
