Well, Abdel has some kind of obsession of giving svn access to
everybody (but don't tell him I said that, he is so touchy) ;)
Dov is not anybody... ;-)
If you
do want access we can do that, but if it is just to please us, I am
not sure it is necessary. Actually, I think that discussing patches
before applying is very very useful, and the impression of efficiency
gained by being able to commit comes at a cost.
IMHO, those two arguments are completely orthogonal: Dov, commit access
doesn't mean that you are allowed to commit anything you'd like
(especially on freeze period). You are of course invited to discuss
patch before committing.
