Is this a bug?
Use the latest rpm sunday May 28 18.00 from Sylvans site.
Did the following
1. installed a new stylefile mylayout.sty in
/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/misc
2. run texhash
3. installed a new layout according to the instructions in chapter 6
customization.
(as a new layout based on article.cls)
the second line in mylayout.layout is no
# \DeclareLaTeXClass{article, mylayout.sty}{article (mylayout)}
mylayout.layout is found with rw--r--r permissions in
~/.lyx/layouts
as well as in /usr/share/lyx/layouts
4. Reconfigured lyx
5. closed and restarted lyx
DID not find my layout in layout-> document
as an option in the meny.
Actuall the configuration was not changed a bit.
Seems like the reconfiguration is not updating properly??
GET the following string on reconfigure:
+checking for document class mylayout[mylayout]... no
(On my previous configuration with Redhat 6.0 and lyx-1.1.2 i succeeded
with this task)
A bug in the program or am I stupid??
