Yes it has. I now also fixed the babel call (bug 3568).
I again tested that everything works as expected with the
"armenian-article.lyx" from the examples.
If problems will arise, they can't have consequences for existing documents or documents that don't
use Armenian. So only Armenian users can have problems.
From Georg's list with his complaints there is only one left I think:

(Perhaps somebody has idea about the from encoding of the "," problem I

I'll try to fix this bug. Is anybody seeing potential other bugs or problems?
The general handling of Armenian is well explained in the example file I think and I will also
create a wiki-page like i previously also did for Arabic and Hebrew.
So if possible, keep it in - but it's your decision of course.
