(This is in my opinion the last missing functionality before LyX 1.5.0 can be released. The patch
there allows to choose the CJK-languages directly from the menu. This will somewhat complete the
CJK-inclusion to the UI and has a big potantial to grow our user base. I'll soon commit the part of
the patch that allows us not to load babel as the CJK-languages doesn't use them.)
