I am using Lyx1.4, there are only a few available Document Class, most of the class such as DocBook or Articles are unavailable.
Could you tell me how to get these document class? The Document Class--book format to write, I found that if I select the Single line Spacing in Text Layout, then it can generate a pdf version. Because it is too dense,if I change it to be double or esle spacing, then the error is: Latex error:file 'setspace.sty' not found. The other problem is that the page heading is always in Upper case, I hope it is in Lower case. How can I change this default? Thanks a lot,
