The plan has been executed now. The problem was that the tabular
change
was not complete although _my_ build did not complain. So I checked in
the missing pieces after I had the LCursor changes in my local tree
but
not yet committed. So ControlTabular.cpp ended up having alread Cursor
instgead of LCursor.
