I'll add easyfix to some bugs then, as I find them. It might be nice to add something about this to the development page on the main lyx.org site. Something like: A good way to get started is to fix some of the easyfix bugs. This will help you get to know the code, etc, etc.
I might add, too, that I'm trying to keep some notes as I myself learn the code, figure out how it fits together a bit, and so forth. I'll start a wiki page (or set of pages) about this when I have a few things. I think that would really help new developers get up to speed. I don't know how long I spent figuring out, say, how the menus get built, or what path a function takes through the code, or how insets get written, or what have you. Just very general stuff like that. Richard [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > On Thu, 19 Apr 2007, Abdelrazak Younes wrote: > >>> > By the way, if there are such cheap bugs, please list them. Quite cool that when clicking inside the "object frame" (or > whatever the thing that shows the actual list of bugs), that "object > frame" then shows the actual bug description. > -- ================================================================== Richard G Heck, Jr Professor of Philosophy Brown University http://frege.brown.edu/heck/ ================================================================== Get my public key from http://sks.keyserver.penguin.de Hash: 0x1DE91F1E66FFBDEC Learn how to sign your email using Thunderbird and GnuPG at: http://dudu.dyn.2-h.org/nist/gpg-enigmail-howto
