I am sorry but there are some wrong notes ;-)
false ones ... ;-)
The patch works with Qt 4.1 but for some reason the \leqq and \geqq
symbols (the first two symbols in "AMS Relations") are displayed as
\leq and \geq (see attached qt414.png). This happens both on Solaris
and Windows (the attached images are from Solaris). However, the symbols
inserted in the text are correct, only the way they are displayed in
the toolbar is wrong.
The above problem doesn't occur with Qt 4.2. However, on Solaris the
images in the toolbar look very ugly. See attached qt422.png. Notice
that the "Arrows", "AMS Arrows", "AMS Operators", and "AMS Miscellaneous"
images are horribly mangled. Everything is fine on Windows with Qt 4.2,
though. I really don't know what is going on here.
I think that this last problem is related to the way Qt 4.2 works on
Solaris, but the first one seems to be cross platform. Why on the earth
\leqq and \geqq are displayed as \leq and \geq with Qt 4.1?
i think this happens when qt scales the icons.
what do you see when you have large icons (right click on toolbar and
select big-sized icons)?
