I don't see any other insets where it should be disabled, but if anyone knows of one do let me know.
That said, it seems to me that it would be nice if there were a "ForceDefault" setting in layouts so that one could disable this kind of thing in, say, the title, or in some other kind of environment. You can now disable alignments by using AlignPossible, but there's no way to disable line spacing, say.
