I use Lyx 1.1.4fix1 on RedHat Linux 5.2
I use the PC-based X-server Exceed version 6.0.1.0 under Windows 98.
Pasting from the Exceed X-selection with the middle button invariably makes
Lyx crash.
The Exceed paste works fine in other applications.
I get around the bug by opening emacs and pasting there, then importing
ascii :-)

I apologize, but as I installed lyx using rpm, I only have a stripped
executable, and I have no time to download and compile the source, so there
is no backtrace.
