I've reworked a bit the dialog but I did not manage to expand the combos
to the maximum... I shall ask our Designer expert... Edwin?
I forgot to say that I added the delimiter names in the combo. This way
you can easily find what you want by typing it (egg U will select
Uparrow and '{' will select '{' or course :-0)
