A very simple patch, using available resources. This same technique is
already used earlier in QDocumentDialog.C, viz:
// remove the %-items from the unit choice
pageLayoutModule->paperwidthUnitCO->noPercents();
pageLayoutModule->paperheightUnitCO->noPercents();
