I added a layout and template file for europecv, another wonderful
CV-class to SVN.
europecv's output looks a bit formal but follows exactly the CV
guidelines of the EU.
More important, it supports the language self-assessment levels that
are nowadays required for applications for an employment in the EU,
for jobs in the public service, for internships, etc. .
The template uses a minimum of ERT as we don't support LaTeX-commands
with more than one required argument.
I also uploaed a BibTeX-testfile used also in the moderncv template I
submitted yesterday.
There is furthermore an image in EPS and PNG-format as the image must
be inserted in the preamble where our image conversion has no effect.
The image is also used in the moderncv template.
The CV work is from my point of view ready. Test it if you want and
enjoy.

I tested with 1.5.0 svn. Only the first line of address is on the richt
side, the rest is positioned on the left it seems. The references also
show up at the left side. And I think the "You can use bibitems:"
shouldn't show in the output :).
