That asks for information from the submitter?
IMHO if the submitter is not willing/able to answer questions in a
timely manner, and we cannot reproduce the bug ourselves then we
should just close it. Either as invalid or worksforme.
Things might just have been forgotten after people have been
mysteriously gone for a long time. Is there some way to send out a
request for more information? (Then if they don't answer within a few
weeks, we close the bug in some way with a suitable comment.)
Just put a request for update and bugzilla will automatically send an
email to the reporter.
