I guess there's some kind of new signal plugged into the loop. It should
not affect other version but please verify and apply.
There is still a recursive paint on every resize, so the patch is too hot.
Still, as this does not affect Qt < 4.3, I suggest that you commit it in
order for people to test. I've been said by trolltech that Qt4.3 is
doing more metrics caching so I'd really like to have some report from
MAC people.
