I looks good and behaves significantly better than what we had, so I just applied it. BTW did you already state that your contributions can be licensed under the GPL? If not please do so in a post to lyx-devel containing something like: "I hereby grant permission to licence my contributions to LyX under the Gnu General Public Licence, version 2 or later."
