I was going to say this. :-)
The conclusion, if any, of those dicussions is that we should do that
after the merge of all important branches. If there are not many
active branches, I propose that we do it right after beta2.
AFAIK, the only branch of interest is Lars' XML branch. I reckon it
should be easy to rename the files on that branch instead of waiting for
that branch to be ready before renaming the files. That is just my
opinion of course.
