I even went one step further and created a wiki page for comparison: http://wiki.lyx.org/Devel/Captions It would be nice if everybody could fill in his favourite features, because we still seem to have different pictures what is feasible or not. IMHO a table as in the wiki page is far better for comparison then scattered mailing list messages. Georg
